The Nader Butto Method is a mind–body approach that explores the connection between emotional conflicts, vitality, and physical symptoms. According to the method, unresolved emotional experiences may influence how the body functions over time. The process helps individuals identify these conflicts, release stored emotional responses, and gain a deeper understanding of the experience behind them. When this understanding is integrated, the inner dissonance can settle and the body may gradually return to balance.

People come to this work with a wide range of physical and emotional challenges.
These may include chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety or fears, skin conditions, breathing difficulties, reproductive health issues, and other persistent symptoms.
The focus is not only on the symptom itself, but on understanding the emotional conflicts and life experiences that may be connected to it.

In this approach, many physical symptoms are understood as biological responses that may be influenced by unresolved emotional experiences.
Difficult life events, stress, or internal conflicts can affect the way the body functions over time. In some cases, when these emotional patterns remain unresolved, the body may continue to carry their impact.
This work explores whether there may be a connection between a person’s emotional history and their physical symptoms, and helps bring awareness, release, and integration to those experiences.

A session usually lasts about three hours and unfolds in several stages.
We begin with a conversation to explore your life experiences, emotional patterns, and the symptoms you are experiencing.
Then, through a guided breathing process and body work, the body enters a receptive state where suppressed emotional responses can surface and be processed.
The session ends with integration, helping you understand the insight that emerged and how it can be integrated into your life

Some people experience meaningful shifts in a single session.
However, deeper and more sustainable change often unfolds through a process. For most people, I recommend a minimum of four sessions to allow the work to develop gradually and integrate fully.
Each person’s journey is unique, and we move at a pace that respects your system.

The process does not rely on belief. It works with natural physiological responses in the body and nervous system.
